After a debilitating accident, I was required to have major surgery. This resulted in me suffering stroke like symptoms as an allergic reaction to some medication. I lost the use of my LHS. This caused me great distress and triggered CPTSD, depression and anxiety. I could no longer function cognitively at the capacity I needed to for my job in the finance industry. I was made redundant in Oct 24 as I could not meet the return to the office mandate due to the physical limitations. My RTW plan was unsuccessful. I tried my best, but I had too many limitations and returning full time was never achieved before the redundancy. I spoke to Jess and Sally at KWB and they were amazing.
