I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional behaviour from a company before. The level of communication has been extremely poor. For example, I received an email at 4:30 pm notifying me that the finance condition was due the following day. There had been no prior communication about this. At no point did they attempt to contact my finance broker directly. The whole process feels like a “Chinese whispers” situation — they contact me after bank closing hours, then in the morning I have to chase my finance broker, and then pass the information back to them. This creates unnecessary delays and confusion. I have settled many property transactions before, but this is the first time I have experienced such a disorganised and frustrating process.

I wish to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from this company. My experience was extremely disappointing and caused me considerable stress. I found the staff to be rude and lacking professionalism. Furthermore, after a significant error was made in handling my case, responsibility was not acknowledged and the situation was instead attributed to me. Based on this experience, I am unable to recommend their services
