Tonio Lawyers

Very bad experience with Tonio Lawyers. We went there with a lot of hope to discuss our PR visa pathway, but we felt very disappointed. From the beginning, tonio did not seem interested in our questions. At the start of the meeting, he went outside to smoke and then came back smelling strongly of smoke, which made us uncomfortable. During the consultation, he was also busy doing other things on his computer and did not give us his full attention. It felt like our concerns were not important to him. For a lawyer, this might just be another client, but for us this is our future. We have worked very hard here and we only wanted proper guidance and a smooth process. Sadly, we did not feel respected or supported. We would not recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine PR guidance.
