LOOK ELSEWHERE! On behalf of QLD resident J Camacho. I had a case with Alan Hibbett at this firm regarding an easement dispute for 1 year. It was difficult to contact him and nothing was resolved but it cost me $7000. I would not recommend this firm and this solicitor.

Makes defamation threats on behalf of sex offenders then refuses to follow through with the requisite ‘Concerns Notice’ after 8 months despite knowing that the other party’s defence of ‘TRUTH’ and ‘IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST’ would be an insurmountable one in court. Intimidatory at best, flagrant professional misconduct at worst but ultimately toothless and unprofessional cowards.

After losing my stepfather in 2024, the estate of his property was left to disperse via this law firm , since receiving all relevant documentation required as per this Firm , the Funds were still not dispensed . I had to hire my own Lawyer to chase up disbursement of funds to which only part was paid . Some 5 months later still waiting on disbursement of final payment . I contacted Chris the Lawyer in charge via email 9 times as well as 5 telephone calls in which to be constantly told his unavailable, at a funeral , in a meeting, out for lunch , busy with clients , on the phone and have never received one telephone call back.to find out now the matter is now in the hands of Sam another lawyer who called last week to grantee that fund would be disbursed into my account no latter than Monday the following week to have not a thing disbursed and spoke to Chris to be given rattled information that makes no sense and still no time frame on disbursing money keep your inheritance in a trusting bank account to be disbursed by a trusting family member rather than this untrustworthy law firm , I have not been dealt with respectfully or professionally, I highly recommend you stay away from this law firm handling your family’s precious estates
