I had an extremely disappointing experience with Steadfast Solicitors. A Binding Financial Agreement was drafted for me that was later found to be non-compliant and rejected by Child Support, leaving me exposed to tens of thousands of dollars in additional liability. Despite the seriousness of this error, there was no acceptance of responsibility and I was left to carry the financial and emotional consequences. Communication was poor, accountability was absent, and I felt completely let down by a firm I had trusted to protect my interests. I cannot recommend them.

We used Steadfast for conveyancing of our recent property purchase, it was a dreadful experience, we feared at one point we may lose our entire deposit due to their lack of attention to detail. We had to prompt them all the way, rather than them guide us through. The searches requested were not returned by the unconditional date, we ended up $1200 short on rent that should have been disbursed to us at settlement, They then failed to return our calls or emails when we requested they attempt to recoup that money from the vendors. Do not recommend at all.
