Paid for a lawyer, that didnt finish a case. Paid the amount, however pulled out by saying “Sorry we can’t represent him, we are not taking any new clients” before his final court case. So paid for them to not finish a case. We had to look for another lawyer asap, at the last month. Never told us to get any tribunal letter verified by JP & never used our famiiy for witness. Once we paid for another lawyer, first time we had heard that we had to get letter verified by JP to be able to be used in a case and for once used to be able to stand as witness & speak as support. Once we went thru Jennifer, we got moved to another lawyers instead. To then be moved back to Jennifer. Never called us for updates, we had to chase her up (Jennifer). Never visited her client, a call every 1-2months. We had to chase them up for updates. However, always had updates when payments were due. Would not recommend. Easy to take money & convince prisoners, but doesnt go the whole way to what they promise.
