Bought a New House. had these guys do the Conveyancing, Awesome, had a none starter with a buy, had to get out of it due to obvious engineering issues, The Team was all over it. We finally bought. Went to plan...very good. Of course after that we did our wills. Richard is the man. Can't thank the team enough.

Had an initial consultation at the start of October 2025, but since then, nothing. I’ve called and emailed multiple times, wanting to finalise my case so I can move on with my life, but it appears Zande & Associates couldn’t care less. They have left me in limbo for months, causing a lot of stress & anxiety.

Extremely helpful and understanding, the best legal team ever. After 5 years of bouncing around the legal system these guys had it sorted in under year, highly recommend. I just can't praise them enough.
