The staff are unwilling to assist me. This is an unacceptable way to treat people. I was informed they are busy until March; however, when I offered to wait until April, I was told their availability was still uncertain. It feels as though they are making no effort to help me with my application. They are not supportive at all.

I have tried to contact the RAILS for several weeks to months, the phone reception never worked. I live way too far to come without appointments. I don’t know how to contact them?
