If youre coming from Legal Aid QLD, do not use David who is the director of his own law firm, doesn't follow procedure and its very incompetent regarding legal services to client and there needs and also following correct policy's and procedure from Legal Aid Qld. if they cannot follow the rules then i find it hard for them to follow up with client resulting in a negative outcome in you're case.

Redland legal, were one of the few who got back to me promptly, in and amidst the chaos of all the uncertainty, David took the time to explain the process and diligently answering questions, and when circumstances changed Ian would correspond with any and all updates. Highly recommend their services, if you need any guidance or advice, I will be more than comfortable to use them again if the time came.

If you, a friend or a loved one recieves David from this firm, get rid of him ASAP! he will try and rush you through the process to claim the funds from legal aid. He will not help you at all. He told me that bail was unlikely yet here I am writing this review!
