I would like to congratulate NJ Rose on the most amazing staff member Liam Dale their Legal Clerk- he has been a super star from the get go! We had been sent to NJ Rose as our usual conveyancer was being used by the other party in the property we were proposing to purchase, and I can say that this was the best decision ever, Liam is very dedicated, patient, a great listener and very knowledgeable in his field. We found him extremely helpful as our situation became quite entangled and difficult because of the lack of transparency of the realtor and of the property owners as the build and pest were not very favorable and we decided to terminate. Liam was very supportive in our the decision to terminate the contract and helped us in chasing the realtor who did not facilitate a speedy refund of the refundable deposit.
