This is a very dodgy law firm. Be careful as they might be the one that unlawful steal client inheritance. Came to their office today 31 October 25 at 10:30 Am. Press the buzz entrance, receptionist asked what matter I want to. Told her about WILL & ESTATE. She said they don’t do WILL & ESTATE anymore. So if they don’t do that what they do then ? Of course STEALING FROM WILL & ESTATE then. She said I better google and go somewhere else to get service. Well I will forward this to ASIC and QLD law society about the GENUINE NATURE OF YOUR BUSINESS. You can’t provide the service as you registered and advertised to public: can’t do WILL & ESTATE. To QLD LAW: your refused the service to clients base on no ground. So your registered solicitor license should be reviewed and doubt about the professional of your firm. Very dodgy law firm I ever experience in my life, you will be out of business soon because a genuine law firm would never operate like this. Remember my name COCO PHAM, from now on I won’t ever come or use your service. Business operating like this, no one would ever use. This law firm is out of business soon as the management continues operating like this. Remember my name is Coco Pham, I only tell the truth and when I see the unfairness and misconduct, I expose it immediately and no one would ever use your firm anymore. Goodbye.

It was sometime ago now, but I have never forgotten being given a substandard document to be reviewed by one of their lawyers who was dealing with my case. The language was so simplistic and the purpose was ambiguous, apparently it was for use during a settlement. I questioned it and later discivered that it had been written by the lawyers child who was there on a work placement. I refused to pay for it, I expect I probably did pay for it, hidden in a bill somewhere but that is conjecture. As I said, this is a long time ago and does not reflect the current company.

I couldn’t recommend the team at MurphySchmidt enough! Luke and Renee were nothing short of incredible.
