Atrocious! After completing the computer sign in for clients we were greeted by somebody who disappeared to find the necessary person. Twice more people appeared took our details and disappeared. Not once did some idyllic come back to us and after waiting 38 minutes beyond our appointment time, we left! Disgusted!
