I’m sharing my experience here in the hope that no one else has to go through what I did. It was honestly horrible and very unprofessional. I engaged Courtney to help me with my commercial leasing documents. At first, she took about a week to get back to me, which I was okay with. But after that, things got really frustrating. I emailed her asking her to act on my behalf, and the landlord’s solicitor also followed up with her several times, but she didn’t respond to any of the emails. I tried following up myself - sending more emails and even calling her office and I was told the message would be passed on, but I still didn’t hear anything back. Meanwhile, the leasing agent was putting pressure on me as the handover date was approaching. After waiting four days with no response, I ended up seeking help from Jindalee Lawyer. They reviewed the lease with me and contacted the landlord within just a few hours. Then on day five, Courtney finally replied with only one sentence: “Apologies for the delay, this has been sent off this morning.” No explanation, no advice - nothing. I honestly couldn’t believe it. The whole experience was shocking, and I never expected this level of unprofessionalism from a solicitor.

Courtney was super quick, friendly & efficient in responding to my matter. Will be returning for future work. Reasonable priced too.
