I wouldn’t recommend her service I’m talking about the Manvinder Jit Kaur . I was with her in the situation for settlement of the property. In the beginning she give confidence oh yeah I will take care of u or don’t worry I will get done this task. But at the date of settlement I realised that she haven’t done anything to settle the property.I requested 5 days settlement Extention to Buyer Solicitor. I was in very stressful situation. Everyone questioning about her qualification and professionalism including bank . She confused everyone. I was get embarrassed that what kinda person I’m dealing with. She told me her task to got done by myself at the last moment holidays was soon which was her job. I wouldn’t able to go job for 3 days to get her tasks done to settled the property. I was no choice but followed her instruction cuz at that time was Christmas days, Holidays I was stucked with her . Finally after huge struggle chasing bank, buyer solicitor, which done by me. The property get settled. Although she charged us expensive fee which I will never ever forgive her that what she done with me.
