Renee Eglinton initially presented as empathetic and capable, but when unexpected, last‑minute pressure arose, her performance deteriorated significantly. The outcome we received was far below what had been advised or reasonably expected. She recommended appointing a barrister at the eleventh hour; although he was unimpressive, I am ultimately glad we had someone else present. On the final day of mediation, Renee appeared more focused on aligning herself with the barrister than on advocating for a strong result. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking a confident, outcome‑driven representative.
