Unfortunately our experience was not a positive one with JoJo lawyers As we had a 60x day settlement period the first 30x days there was limited correspondence. The most surprising thing to us was being advised 2x days out from settlement that there was missing paperwork from our file which could impede settlement. It then spiralled very quickly, to find out on the day of settlement that we were definitely not going to settle. Obviously we had our entire house packed up & dlept on a blowup air bed on the floor So overall I was extremely unhappy with the lack of , guidance and professionalism that was shown to us on what was supposed to be a very enjoyable time. I always thought the reason we had a solicitor was so we would not have to worry about the this side of the sale.I was wrong! I am hoping that no one has to go through what we did.
