We had the pleasure of dealing with Debbie of Hundt Law where she assisted us with a property transaction. Would 100% recommend their services- a very professional outfit that gives you the feeling you are in good hands the whole way through. Nothing was ever too much, always contactable and fees were reasonable given the complexity of the transaction. We have also had some dealings with Kyle - although that particular transaction didnt proceed his guidance and advice on buying off the plan was invaluable. All in all a great little boutique firm that will deliver the results you will need.

Hundt Law started off really well and explained things to myself and my partner in a way that we would understand. The settlement process for the sale was smooth. We asked Asia who is an amazing Paralegal to keep the sale funds until the purchase was finalised. I wish we just asked for all the funds back and sent what was required for the purchase. We settled on Tuesday the 31/03/26 and easter public holidays started that Friday. I am aware can take up to 24 - 48 hours to hit your account so if it settled Tuesday I was expecting funds Thursday. I emailed on Thursday afternoon asking if the funds had been sent (over $100k) I got an email near Close of business to state they are checking with the accounts team. The Tuesday 7/4/26 Asia asked to confirm our account details to send the funds. We didn't get the funds until the 9/4/26 after multiple emails. The response we got when we expressed our concerns was the delay was due to public holidays, however when they finally sent it we got it same day. Further to that nearly 2 months later we get an email and a call from Asia (who has always been lovely) to state they still have 10k to pay us..... I find it a little concerning that not once did we hear from the conveyancer, nor did they apologise for these delays and left it up to their Paralegal to sort out. If you are to use them, I would be very vigilant with the funds and to ensure that everything is correct.

Hundt law handled my conveyancing flawlessly and guided my steps. I’ve purchased and sold a few times now but no two experiences are the same and unforeseen things arise. Issues and concerns were handled immediately and grey areas were clarified. I found Debbie and the team to be very personable and I’d likely give them my business should there be a next time round.

Hundt helped my partner and I with the settlement of our first property they were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating, we are first time homebuyers and had no idea what we were doing. They explained all processes clearly I would highly recommend using them.
