I have been with freeman lawyers fro a while and the have successfully made various agreements and I have been happy with Duc Phan. Recently (over the past couple of years I am guessing) they have had a receptionist that is extremely rude, speaks in a passive aggressive, manner and says she is going to call you back and then doesn't (and then blames another staff member for not doing it). Everything is a big deal. I have had trouble with dealing with this staff member on my previous visit also. I am losing trust in being with Freeman Lawyers because of this staff member. If anything improves I will edit this review - maybe I have caught this lady when she is having some bad days.

Had a traffic matter and whilst other firms blatantly lied, saying they could have the charge downgraded, Duc and the team were upfront and honest. Duc advised of the real possible outcomes and made sure I was comfortable with making the decision. Received calls from the team of solicitors which was amazing. Having a team of trained professionals working on my matter was a true comfort. When at court, Duc made the whole process easy and stress free.
