Estate First Lawyers were a fantastic crew to deal with with when creating my first will. Sam Janssen's expert knowledge in the area and professionalism was very reassuring and has given me total peace of mind. Sam and the crew were all wonderful to deal with. I used them for my will and ensuring power of attorney (EPA) in 2022. Whilst I was satisfied with their service and their professionalism, I paid nearly $1200 for both, despite being a relatively uncomplicated will and EPA. Now they are trying to charge me $50 a year to store these documents unless me or my executor use their services in the future. I'm frustrated by this because it wasn't disclosed when I signed up. I'll be sorting the documents myself because I'm not satisfied with this fee or the safe keeping of the documents.
