I'm 17 years of age and ended up getting into a fatal crash while I was unlicensed. At the time I didn't know I was suspended and drove thinking I was on good behaviour as I applied for it. The second we met outside court for my hearing we connected, not only was he clear in explaining the process of the court, but he tends to make the situation a bit more calming. As a fellow veteran Jack Marshall was very professional and was able to convey a complex matter to the judge, which I could not have conducted on my own. I can't imagine what it could have been like without the amazing support I had from Clarity Law. This was my first time experience having such an offence, even though it was a mild one as a first time offence, I had no idea on what to expect from the court and all the things I should know and prepare. From the day 1, I was so panicked. I did show my sincere reflection on this mistake and judge accepted this and I was able to get the minimum penalty.
