I'm 17 years of age and ended up getting into a fatal crash while I was unlicensed. At the time I didn't know I was suspended and drove thinking I was on good behaviour as I applied for it. I contacted Clarity Law and the process was simple and I was appointed my lawyer Jack. The second we met outside court for my hearing we connected, not only was he clear in explaining the process of the court, but he tends to make the situation a bit more calming. Jack was so great he had my charges dismissed and I was let of with a caution. Clarity Law and Jack have been great and I strongly urge anyone facing any legal issues to contact them. Top notch service, thanks guys!

Jack was great gave me fantastic advice and really had everything he could prepared for the magistrate to give me the best possible outcome. Did a great job representing me in court and I received the outcome I was looking for even thought it was going to be a long shot. Thanks for doing your best. I highly recommend giving these guys a call if you have any issues or concerns.
2 years agoAs a fellow veteran Jack Marshall was very professional and was able to convey a complex matter to the judge, which I could not have conducted on my own. I had a serious DUI charge, which Jack was able to achieve a great outcome. I cannot thank him enough for his help and the judge was very understanding. I suggest getting a lawyer as you will have two professionals speaking to each other, and "Clarity Law" will try to achieve the best outcome for you. If you are a veteran and cannot see Jack Marshall, he has assured me that everyone at "Clarity Law" is just as competent to deal with your issue. Belinda Smyth was very prompt in sorting my administration as I only had four days before court, which made everything run smoothly. Very much appreciated team.
2 years agoI can't imagine what it could have been like without the amazing support I had from Clarity Law. This was my first time experience having such an offence, even though it was a mild one as a first time offence, I had no idea on what to expect from the court and all the things I should know and prepare. From the day 1, I was so panicked. I did send out a few questions to a couple of drink-driving specialised law firms, and after I had the initial phone consultation with Lucy Ferguson, solicitor from Clarity Law, I had no doubt, she is the best solicitor who will help my whole processes as smooth as possible which was the case! On the phone, she was very professional, upfront and clear in her communication. She was also a very good at understanding the clients' needs. Belinda, Client Service Manager was also very helpful, she sent me very detailed instructions and information on what to expect on the day at the court, this email has really helped me to stay calm and get through the day before the court day. On the day at the court, everything was super smooth way more than what I expected. With Lucy's appearance at the court, things worked out to be perfect. Before the court, she gave me really good insight on do and don't when it comes to meeting with judge at the court. I did show my sincere reflection on this mistake and judge accepted this and I was able to get the minimum penalty.
