I have used Cooper Grace Ward for numerous contracts for my medical entities and I am very pleased with the documents provided. Great service from James Brookes and Phil Vickery.

Initially they were great and I was given great advice in my very acrimonious family law case. However, it was quite expensive getting a parenting plan over the line, and then whenever things escalated with my ex-wife I would argue they advocated more for her than for me! Also the lawyer I worked with the most often came back with condescending remarks about the amount of emails I was sending, which really didn’t ever amount to much more than half a dozen or so in a week. Finally, I never met this particular lawyer and never even talked to her on the phone – she just presented this aloof and impersonal approach the whole time, and certainly took a position where I did not feel any compassion or advocacy in any way other than what was totally necessary to justify the fees I was paying. I finally decided to terminate the engagement just before financial settlement due to being quite dissatisfied with their declining service, and my new lawyer has been significantly better, being a lot more personable while also advocating for my case and extending compassion that has helped in me feeling like my rights as being protected and defended to the extent of the law.
