Don't waste your time or money! Started out great with the original guy, he retired, then I was assigned a lovely lady who worked with him, she left (this should of been a sign as to what was to come) then I was assigned a new lady and it all went down hill. A family member (listed in the Will as a beneficiary) contacted her for a copy of the Will after not receiving it for weeks after we were informed it would be sent out, she then laughed at this family member and told them to get a lawyer. This obviously caused a lot of distrust and fall out in the family. Numerous documents were sent out with spelling mistakes or sections were made with copy and paste, beneficiaries listed on the Will were left off documents and some were added twice, argumentative when confronted with these issues. Nothing completed in a timely manner. Had to end up capping our bill with them as there was too many mistakes happening and was getting dragged out for way too long. Steer clear, very unprofessional and uneducated in my opinion.

Kathy did excellent work with my property purchase-there was a strong line of communication with her team with a very fast response. I loved the straightforward process, and our settlement process was smooth and effortless. Will definitely recommend Connor Hunter to anyone selling or buying a home.
