I unexpectedly had unfortunate circumstances regarding a short coming relationship. Already divorced and many years single rebuilding my life I thought to give it another go. Unfortunately people have different agendas and soon after 12 months living together I believe this became my biggest regret. Best Wilson Lawyers stood beside me as my paperwork and financial statements substantiated my outcome. Very much appreciated their loyalty in supporting my efforts to overcome such a mistake. Im glad I did not end up using these guys. I found out they used my personal details in my ex and his ex es property settlement, never even met this firm, no Follow-up after the mistake had been found either. No apology for using my personal details which I presume they never checked on either one of thier parties, but just used someone else's.be wary because I found out in a phone call and was never contacted to say we have removed your details from a settlement that was never mine in the 1st place. In response to my review I was perfectly capable of hearing what they were telling me, I was told I could not be represented as I was part of a settlement, considering I have never owned any property, the lady then tried to tell me I lived in nsw etc etc when I politely told her they had the wrong person and how did my details end up being entwined in this case I was brushed off, no apology, as far as im concerned putting someones elses details and not checking them is a intertwined record and breech of privacy, I dont believe you followed anything up and your response is poor form when I have given you ample time to contact me to correct it. You obviously have my details, When you have stuffed up at least be accountable for it. Thankyou

Lawyers cost a lot of money so you need to be sure the one you pick is going to be all you expect & all you need.
