There’s no hiding from the harsh reality of being in a position to lodge a TPD claim. It’s confronting, emotional and complicated. Coming to terms with never being able to work again due to an illness or disability is a lot to absorb. However, by putting trust into the team at B&W and letting them professionally manage the entire process, took a huge load off my shoulders. It took just 2.5 weeks from lodgement to payout.
