I contacted ADS after the police turned up on my doorstep ready to seize assets over a forgotten 10 yr old debt. I was scared, stressed & embarrassed with no idea how to handle the situation. Kate & Kim did fantastic work representing me & swiftly negotiated on my behalf to reduce the debt significantly. They were so very patient, kind & non judgemental which I really appreciated & I’m grateful to them for the end result.

Spoke with the Team and they sold the dream. Transferred $6500 for an affidavit and to look at my file and get started with my case. I had to follow up to see what was happening, heard nothing apart from about speaking with a lawyer they contract out, and the affidavit. The affidavit was average. Didn’t even submit it. Spoke with a family lawyer who they contract out, got charged for this course but was also charged from them to give this lawyer the info. The lawyer said they missed a lot of stuff out so unsure what I actually paid for. Long story short, 3 weeks off nothing and cost me $3883. Absolute rip off. Can talk the talk but can’t walk the walk. I gave them an opportunity to fix this up, and received zero response. Now it’s cost them a lot more with this terrible review. The service can be a bit pricey, but it’s absolutely worth it, and in many cases, it may even be tax deductible, depending on your situation.
