I can say we highly recommend Nick and his expertise. A member of our family had some charges come to them and it ended up out of the magistrate’s court and was finalised in the district court. Nick reviewed all the evidence and advised one charge the most serious of them was in fact a mistake from the other side . Which was always the case. It just took a very clever and persistent solicitor like Nick to work through it all slowly over 2 years and get them to dismiss it , which was what happened. He believed our family member’s predicament and fought for so long to get it resolved. He did plenty of extra work at no cost . He knows how to deal with the opposition and also sees small discrepancies in their case and gets it resolved so the right sentence and no injustice is done at the end . If you have a legal issue we highly recommend this guy to be at your side . The final outcome of a large fine with no conviction recorded was an extremely good result all down to his hard work and smart strategy. I spent almost three years being told that -despite my lack of history or any prior altercations with police or court- I would be incarcerated until I met Nicholas- principal of the firm, and absolute genius in criminal law. Everytime we spoke he offered detailed updates, extensive abilities in identifying and providing understanding of what I needed- whether that was explanations, advice/tips, a distraction by way of lame pun, or a story (random or relevant to reassure), as well as a promise to ensure I had best chance of avoiding custody as possible.
