Poor talked down degraded spoken to like garbage wouldn't recommend

Served papers at 11:59am on the 21st February as per clients instructions (with proof), was contacted by court to say they have no contact information for the defendant and responded with how to get these details as they refuse contact with me, solicitor said he had just become aware of the case on the 3rd March when court is holding the hearing at 10am Monday the 6th. Wouldn't want to need the service if they want to place blame on everyone else for them choosing not to do their job properly because "it's everyone else fault but mine!" Rude, abrupt and incompetent as far as my interactions go.

I’d love to say I’ve been helped by ATSILS yet I have asked for their help on a number of occasions and have been promised call backs on each occasion. After around one year of trying I still haven’t gotten the help I need. And I still need help so I don’t know where else to go or what do to.

They turned me away when I needed help with sorry business. Struggling to handle everything for my mums funeral and needed help with the paper work. Won’t go back there again
